He has helped over 1000 clients in the past 5 years find a more cost-effective way to solve their disputes amicably. He holds both in-person and virtual mediations. He practices across the State of Georgia and routinely works with clients in Columbus, Atlanta and Savannah. As a Georgia Tech alumnus, he was trained in Labor Relations at Oxford University (interned at Ogletree Deakins) and furthered that education by becoming a large contracts negotiator with a Fortune 100 firm for over 30 years.

Mediation Hourly Rates (2 Hour Minimum):
> $200 per party/per hour
Administrative Fees:
> $125 per party/per mediation
Approach
Typically, a more traditional approach of Facilitative Mediation is appropriate for most mediations. I facilitate confidential discussions, which may turn into negotiation between parties. I encourage each party to reach their own voluntary solution by exploring possible goals. I will not hesitate to offer my recommendations or suggestions, which may or may not be accepted by the parties.
