Robert Harker, Esq.

Bob Harker has over two decades of legal experience, initially focusing on immigration, workers’ compensation, and civil subrogation. He later transitioned to family and probate law upon moving to Carroll County, Georgia, where he saw a need for legal services in these areas. Bob has served as a court appointed Guardian in Probate matters and as Special Master in real estate matters. He now brings this diverse legal background to the dispute resolution process, providing clients with experienced, personalized insight to aid in the resolution of their disputes. Bob gained his down-to-earth approach by working as an operating engineer for 17 years before becoming a lawyer. He is now a certified mediator, arbitrator and is licensed in both Georgia and California at all levels of court.
