Cole Law brings more than three decades of legal and dispute‑resolution experience to his mediation practice. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgia Southern College in 1991 and went on to earn his Juris Doctor Cum Laude from Georgia State University College of Law, where he ranked in the top ten percent of his class and served on Law Review. Over the course of his career, he has tried approximately 70 jury trials and thousands of bench trials. He has also mediated between 6,000 and 7,000 cases, giving him one of the most extensive and diverse mediation backgrounds in the region. His mediation work includes serving for numerous major insurance carriers, including Allstate, State Farm, GEICO, Progressive, Liberty Mutual, and others. Before entering the legal profession, Cole served honorably in the United States Air Force.

Approach
My approach is to begin with a broad brush, giving the parties space to settle in and build rapport before we move into the finer details. Introducing too much information too early can overwhelm participants, so I focus first on establishing comfort and connection. Once it becomes clear that we have a productive “dance,” we can gradually fill in the details and work toward resolution.
