Approach

In every mediation, my first step is to try to reduce the tension that naturally arises from being a party to any conflict. I aim to provide parties with a nonjudgmental space to discuss, consider, and negotiate a creative compromise. To that end, I encourage parties to put aside their preconceived ideas and remain open to exploring multiple paths to settlement.
