Joe Perrotta, Esq.
Since 1985, Joe Perrotta has practiced as a civil trial attorney throughout the State of Georgia. He has tried cases as lead counsel in more than forty counties, in both State and Superior Court, as well as Federal Courts in the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. His forty year career has been almost evenly split between the representation of injured individuals and families, and defending individual and corporate defendants. In addition to auto and trucking accident cases, Joe has handled and tried cases involving premises liability, product liability, medical malpractice, as well as other general civil, negligence and intentional tort cases. Joe has been a certified mediator through the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution since 2017.
