SOLVE IT is thrilled to share some incredible news that marks a major step forward in our company’s journey: we have officially welcomed a new Chief Operations Officer, Rita Carroll, to our leadership team!

This is a huge moment for us. As we continue to grow at an exciting pace, it’s become clear that we need a powerhouse leader to help bring structure, clarity, and operational excellence to everything we do. Rita is exactly that — a seasoned leader and mediator with a track record of scaling the Carroll County Court ADR Program and so much more. 

We’ve been searching for the right person to fill this role — not just someone with experience, but someone who understands our mission, our pace, and our people. Rita brings all of that and more. Her energy, strategic mind, and altruistic approach are exactly what we need at this critical point in our evolution.
