Rita brings a wealth of experience to each mediation with over twenty years legal experience having practiced family, juvenile, probate, and bankruptcy law as well as supervising and serving as a Special Assistant Attorney General to the Georgia Office of Child Support Services. Rita has developed the knowledge and skills to assist parties in conflict reach reasonable client-focused solutions.

Approach
My approach to alternative dispute resolution is to develop rapport with parties and their counsel while creating an atmosphere in which each person may be heard and actively participate in out-come focused conversation. Additionally, my goal in helping parties is to resolve issues is to generate and thoroughly explore options and relevant factors to craft agreements that memorialize all resolved issues.
