Approach

My years of experience as a Probate Court Judge and working in Government has given me personal insight to many difficult issues. In the judicial role I learned that not all issues were legal issues, but sometimes emotional issues. Mediation offers resolution by allowing all parties to be heard and have a part in the resolution. In local government, negotiations is a vital part of being successful whether working with local citizens, employees or awarding contracts. In the roles I have participated in community and professional boards and committees leveraging my leadership skills and desire to make our community a better place for all.
